SYDNEY (July 19, 2010) – The Australian Institute of Landscape Designers and Managers (AILDM) is holding its prestigious AILDM Annual Dinner & Design Awards Presentations for 2010 on Saturday 14 August 2010. The details are below.
This is a once-a-year opportunity to converge as an industry group for an inspiring evening with renowned industry leaders and talented designers. It celebrates the highest calibre of design produced by members across the country – showcasing the very best of those gardens and landscapes. Dr Tim Entwisle, esteemed Executive Director of the Botanic Gardens Trust Sydney and Honorary Fellow of AILDM, will be the host of proceedings for the evening.
AILDM takes pleasure in announcing the 2010 National Design Awards finalists:

- Secret Gardens of Sydney – Matthew Cantwell and Sophie Greive
- Tessa Rose Playspace & Landscape Design – Tess Michaels and Jamie Miller
- The Gardenmakers – David Bambridge, Fiona Temple and George Adams
From the category winners, the judges then select the outstanding design to receive the Allan Correy Award for Design Excellence. Allan is a respected ‘elder statesman’ of landscape architecture in Australia and AILDM’s revered patron.
AILDM is regarded as the best place to find qualified landscape designers who work with you to design site specific, environmentally sensitive and beautiful gardens and landscapes.
