AILA TALK

Landscape Conservation Design  or How to work WITH historic landscapes

Three speakers explore the nature of Australian and (in contrast) English landscapes, how they fit with heritage, issues and tools in working with and conserving historic landscapes.
The speakers will discuss case studies with good results from deeper understanding of place and of significance.
Comparing landscape conservation in the UK and Australia will provide useful contrasts and stimulate ideas.
