The nursery and garden industry in NSW is full of enthusiastic, successful young people who will shape the future of the industry. NGINA has now launched a similar forum to that initiated by the Victorian Association, and formed the NextGen group for 18 to 35 year old to meet, exchange ideas and work on their leadership skills
AILDM and Nextgen will be working closely together to improve communication between our members and will support each other’s activities. This can only help to improve our knowledge and professional standing.
NextGen is a unique opportunity for young people from NGINA to form invaluable networks, learn more about the industry and to have fun.
